Base Mounted
- Our Base Mounted Climate Control compressors have durable cast iron pumps with stainless steel valves and are quiet during operation.
- Are Heavy duty single and two stage high efficiency air compressors.
- Has splash type lubrication.
- All pumps are supplied with oil sight gauge.
- Low pump rpm for less oil carryover, longevity and durability.
- Flywheels are designed for excellent pump cooling.
- All units are factory set at 70-90PSI with heavy duty pressure switch. All units are equipped with liquid filled gauge, snubber and flex hose and supplied with necessary compressor oil for start up. Units may also be ordered with magnetic starter (Starter supplied loose).
- All motors are rigid base constructed of heavy steel or cast iron, continuous duty, 1800 rpm, ODP.
- Specify voltage upon ordering (1/2 HP-3HP 115V/1PH,1/2HP-10HP 230V/1PH) (1/2-30HP 208-230-460-575V/3PH).
- All units are factory tested prior to shipment.
- 2 year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
- The Base Mounted compressors are for applications such as climate control, laboratories and dental clinics.
- Factory mounted options available:
- Low oil shutdown with magnetic starter c/w 24 volt step down transformer.
- Belt guard aftercooler.
- Mounted and wired starter with CSA approval.
