In-line Check Valves

Global Horizontal In-line Check Valves

  • In-line check valves screw directly into the discharge line and have the same size inlet as they do outlet. They have female inlets and outlets and range in size from 1/8″-2″.

Control Line Check Valves

  • The control line check valves use an elastomer poppet for low flow applications. 

Shuttle Control Line Check Valves

  • A shuttle control valve designed for applications where it is necessary to control one device from two sources. Features a positive sealing piston, brass body construction and a 600 PSI maximum working pressure.

In-tank Check Valves

  • In-tank check valves screw directly into the air receiver and are attached to the compressor’s discharge line at their inlet.
  • Maximum pressure – 500 PSI.
  • Maximum temperature – 450 Deg. F.

  • Unloader pilot valves are used in compressed air systems to actuate another device using a pneumatic (air signal). 
  • Unloader pilot valves always work in conjunction with another device. 
  • Pilot valves operate in a set pressure range. The range has an unload setting and a load setting. As a compressor operates in this range, it is said to be cycling. 
  • At the unload setting, the pilot valve opens and actuates another device (throttle control, discharge valve).
  • At the load setting, the pilot valve closes and returns the compressor to normal operation. 
  • Pilot valve is adjustable for both pressure and differential.
  • Toggle valve stem my be lifted for manual start up.

  • Piloted discharge check valves combine a pilot valve, discharge valve, and a check valve into one system used to run an air compressor at a constant speed. They are used on both gas engine and electric motor compressors.

  • Safety valves are used to protect compressed air systems from over-pressurization. They are factory set to a non-adjustable pressure setting, at which point the valve will release system air to atmosphere. Omega Compressors currently offers a soft seat line of ASME-coded valves that are also CRN approved. Sizes range from 1/8″ to 1″ and pressure tolerances range from 25-250PSI (5PSI increments).

Bullwhip Style

  • Cable (Bullwhip) style throttle controls are used to control engine speed. The cylinder end of the throttle control is screwed directly into an unloader device via the 1/8″ port, while the other end is inserted into the throttle arm and mounted at the throttle plate. 
  • The permanently lubricated cable is self cleaning, and is protected using routing clamps. 

Airline Style

  • The TCSP airline style throttle control mounts directly to the throttle plate, and uses a control wire inserted directly into the throttle arm to control engine speed. 
  • An airline connects the unloader device to the fitting on the TCSP. Air line not included with kit.
  • Constructed of small grain cork with opposed ribbed pads on either side for added isolation and positive grip.
  • Isolator pads are designed to combat problems in the industry caused by structure born vibrations and noise.
  • Packaged in kits of 4.

  • Push on filter element for reduced maintenance and down time.
  • Filters are manufactured using die-cast aluminum housings.
